For more than 20 years, Bistro Provence has been welcoming guests to sample the simple, but flavorful dishes of one of France’s most beautiful regions. This is a true bistro, enlivened by the blue and yellow colors of Provence and with a changing menu full of the French country dishes for which the Provence region is famed. As is also a tradition with such bistros, I make every effort to locally source our foods, from produce to seafood. Our cheeses come from Houston Dairy Maids. Our pork comes from Black Hill Ranch in Katy, and our chicken comes from Alvin’s Jolly Farms, known for its pasture-raised and organic-fed poultry. As for our wines, I am proud to present a menu of French wines boasting dozens of sustainably-produced wines, most produced by small family-owned vineyards throughout France.
