Verrine de mangues, crevettes, avocats et pesto
Shrimp, avocado, mango verrine, pesto

Vichyssoise
Cold potato and leek soup

Salade Lyonnaise, frisée, croutons, ventrêche et œuf poché
Frisée salad, poached egg, pork belly, croutons and red wine vinaigrette

Main courses, choice of:

Saumon fumé, oeufs Bénédicte, sauce Hollandaise
Smoked salmon, eggs Bénédicte and Hollandaise sauce

Poulet Chasseur, carottes au cumin et riz Pilaf
Chicken Chasseur, rice pilaf and red wine sauce

Petit filet mignon, haricots verts, purée de pommes de terre, Béarnaise
Petite beef filet mignon, green beans, mashed potatoes, Béarnaise

Desserts, choice of:

Mousse au chocolat et orange
Chocolate and orange mousse

Tarte au citron meringuée
Lemon meringue tart

Easter Menu

$39 per person (tax and service NOT included)

Little Chefs menu is $18, choice of one main course and one dessert (children 12 and under)

A $20 deposit per person via Paypal is required to reserve seats
